Lumpini Park and her 360rai is located right next to the CBD of Bangkok and is very accessible as there is a MRT Station right under it as well as a large parking area if you were to drive there. It is open from 4am all the way to 9pm, with plenty of joggers and cyclists around. There are views to Silom/Sathorn as well as Ratchadamri/Ratchaprasong areas.
